Pure Aero Lite is a lighter variant of Rafael Nadal's Pure Aero. At 270 grams, it is 30 grams lighter than Nadal's Pure Aero racket and is thus a good alternative for juniors, women's players and others who enjoy a lighter racket.

The incredible spin properties remain, but now developed with even more control properties. On this update, Babolat lowers the flexibility, giving the racket a slightly more controlled and arm-friendly response. Babolat has also moved the Cortex cushioning material to the head of the racket (at 3 and 9 o'clock), which results in a slightly softer feeling during the moment of impact.

The aerodynamic frame design (Aeromodular3) reduces air resistance and allows the racket head to move faster through the air, which in turn leads to increasing ball speed and more spin. The "Taipan yellow" color of the frame is inspired by the very poisonous Taipan snake from Australia. Combined with the sporty metallic finish and the aerodynamic font, it now appears in an even more sporty and stylish suit.
