Precision TRM102 Reusable Hot/Cold Pack

This pack now available at McSport can be heated and used as a hot pack or frozen and used as a cold pack due to its versatile non-toxic environmentally friendly gel filling. Ideal for sporting people who encounter stains or injuries during play or general use for strain injuries. Injuries such as swelling or pain the hot /cold pack lasts for hours. Favourable for injuries to the back, ankles, shins, knees and thighs amongst additional soreness.

Instructions for Use:

Hot therapy
For hot therapy the use of the cover is highly recommended. Place gel pack in microwave at 700W. Heat for a max of 30 seconds and turn to avoid hotspots. Continue in 10 second intervals for a maximum of 30 seconds until desired temperature. Times should be reduced for higher power settings. Can also be heated in water: Immerse in hot water for approx. 7 minutes.

Cold therapy
Place in freezer for 2 hours, take it out and is ready to use.
